FINALLY! We’re here.
We are so thrilled to launch and officially introduce Align to the world.
I have been working solidly for over a year to make this dream a reality and feel so grateful to have had support from such loyal clientele along the way, allowing me to reach this point.
We are going through a challenging and testing time as a community and through my own personal experience of grief, I have over the past 12 months been on a journey of Mind, Body and Brain in the transformation of trauma. Without delving into too much detail, all I will share is that the body keeps the score.
I want to provide a safe haven at Align for those seeking rehabilitation treatment for injuries and for those who intend to have massage maintenance for their own wellbeing. Not only do I want to deliver this but our aim is to create a new paradigm for the term ‘treatment’. We hope to work together with our clients towards building an alternative approach to physical therapy that will heal body, mind and brain.
