Sports Massage and Remedial Therapy

Natasha Goldstein-Opasiak.

It was during her Dance Degree that Natasha was initially introduced to massage and it has remained the constant in her life. It has allowed her to continue to explore movement, develop strength and transfer her knowledge of anatomy and bio-mechanics when helping to assist in providing the best possible practice treatment to her clients.

She aims to help her clients learn about their own pro-prioception and delve deeper into understanding their own anatomy along with the natural rhythms of the body.

Natasha qualified as a Sports Massage therapist with NLSSM (North London School of Sports Massage) where she gained a BTEC Level 5 Professional Diploma in Sports Massage and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy. She is the Soft Tissue Therapist at London Contemporary Dance School and Award Winner of the One Dance UK Award 2019 for Best Dance Healthcare Team.

As well as treating in clinic setting, Natasha runs injury prevention workshops during which she addresses as well as instructs in self-treatment.

Natasha is a fully qualified Nutritionist and Mindfulness Instructor. She runs online workshops as well as face to face sessions on the impact of food on our emotions and physical health.

Ease your aching muscles

"You’ll find no one better to ease your aching muscles or to help you start your weekend feeling simply great, than Natasha and Align Massage. She’s the best!"

Donna

Helpful tips

"Yes, 100%! Very professional and friendly - my partner got a massage and felt so much better after - especially due to the incredibly helpful tips, advice and after care. Personally, I’m a huge fan of her posts during lockdown!"

Harriet

Healthy humans

"I love to run and often sign up to take part in half marathons, but I often found that I would struggle to keep to a training plan due to suffering shin splints. I tried stretching more often, yoga classes and changing my running shoes, but nothing seemed to work. That's when I decided to see a specialist – through specific exercises and stretches, after only a couple of weeks I found I could run much more regularly and with no pain! I would recommend Natasha to anyone with any injuries or niggles who have run (pun intended) out of ideas. She's great!"
