Natasha Goldstein-Opasiak.
It was during her Dance Degree that Natasha was initially introduced to massage and it has remained the constant in her life. It has allowed her to continue to explore movement, develop strength and transfer her knowledge of anatomy and bio-mechanics when helping to assist in providing the best possible practice treatment to her clients.
She aims to help her clients learn about their own pro-prioception and delve deeper into understanding their own anatomy along with the natural rhythms of the body.
Natasha qualified as a Sports Massage therapist with NLSSM (North London School of Sports Massage) where she gained a BTEC Level 5 Professional Diploma in Sports Massage and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy. She is the Soft Tissue Therapist at London Contemporary Dance School and Award Winner of the One Dance UK Award 2019 for Best Dance Healthcare Team.

Natasha works collaboratively with Physiotherapists and Osteopaths, with clients ranging from casts of performers on national and inter-national theatrical productions, to actors during film productions and artists on concert tours. As well as treating in clinic setting, Natasha runs injury prevention workshops during which she addresses as well as instructs in self-treatment.
Natasha is a fully qualified Nutritionist and Mindfulness Instructor. She runs online workshops as well as face to face sessions on the impact of food on our emotions and physical health.
Through set exercises and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), she helps her clients on the route to a calmer, happier, more fulfilling life.
